1. Vacuum loader
Function: Provides automatic supply of raw materials (granules, powders) to the mixer or extruder using the vacuum operating principle. Eliminates manual loading, increases dosing accuracy and prevents the ingress of foreign particles.
2. SHR-300/600L Hot and cold mixer
Function:

Hot mixing: Heats and mixes components (polymers, additives, dyes) until smooth, improving plasticization.

Cold mixing: Cools the molten mixture before entering the extruder, preventing sticking and degradation of the material.
3. Storage bin
Function: Temporary storage of the prepared mixture before further processing. Provides a stable supply of material to the extruder, preventing downtime.
4. Vacuum loader (repeat)
Function: Transfers the cooled mixture from the hopper to the granulator or extruder, maintaining process continuity.
