Machine Description:
The corrugated pipe forming machine is of closed structure, and we can also provide vacuum forming. The molding machine moves back and forth in a closed and durable tunnel. The molding tunnel is a multi-layer structure and cools the mold forcibly by cooling water. The forming tape is made of carbide steel, so it is resistant to corrosion. This line is a single wall corrugated pipe production machine. It uses gear drives to operate modules and templates to realize water cooling and air cooling of products, which ensures high forming speed, uniform corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are especially often used for laying wires.
