Extrusion line for the production of ABS, PMMA sheets. The sheet is used for further molding into finished products or for the production of automobile parts, refrigerator interior panels, and luggage.
Extrusion lines include:
1.SJ series single screw extruder, co-extruder for multilayer sheet production.
2.Flat slot head is customized according to customer's product size.

3.The screen changer filters out impurities from the raw materials, and the melt pump supplies constant pressure to the mold
4.Types of multilayer sheets can be: AB, ABA, ABC, ABCBA. The layer thickness can be adjusted using a distributor.
5.Each axis of the calendar is controlled by a servo motor, and the distance between rollers is controlled by PLC electronic ruler.
6. Cooling of roller conveyors requires cooling of the plates.
7.The pulling device and cutting machine are controlled by servo motors, which are synchronized with the line speed of the production line.
The production line can be equipped with various equipments according to production needs.
