PVC Window Profile Recycling Line: features and application
In modern industry, waste recycling is becoming an increasingly pressing topic. One of the most common types of waste is PVC window profiles, which are generated when replacing old windows with new ones. To process this waste, special processing lines are used, which we will discuss in this article.
The PVC profiles recycling line is designed for crushing and separating waste into its component parts. It consists of several main components: a chopper, a separator and a filtration system. The shredder is used to crush the profiles into small pieces, which then enter the separator. Here, materials are separated by density: PVC is separated from metal and plastic inserts. The PVC then passes through a filtration system where dust and other contaminants are removed.
The use of PVC profile processing lines allows not only to reduce the volume of waste, but also to obtain secondary raw materials for the production of new profiles. In addition, the use of such lines helps reduce production costs, since there is no need to purchase new raw materials.
However, it is worth noting that the use of PVC profile processing lines has its limitations. Firstly, not all types of profiles can be recycled, since some of them have special additives that can negatively affect the quality of recycled materials.
